His doctoral research focused on various optimization methods based on Computational Intelligence for the fundamental problems of the architectural design: Functionality, Structure and Aesthetics. His research interests are in designing built environment, especially in ergonomics and architectural design.Project management, the conceptual and creative part of the project: ergonomic and architectonic aspects of the project. Development of concepts of new tubular modular systems towards future potential applications, their mathematical modeling, encoding, and functional optimization algorithms. Moreover, algorithmic implementation, fabrication of the demonstrator, writing and editing of the publications.

Research interests involve the area of inverse problems in structural mechanics, adaptive and modular structures, semi-active structural control and structural health monitoring. MSc in mathematics (2001) and computer science (2000), PhD in mathematical physics (2004), and DSc in mechanics (IPPT PAN, 2014). Assoc. prof. at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research (IPPT PAN).Structural optimization of the Arm-Z module and entire structure and estimation of global mechanical limits.
